🔄 TUSK RETURN POLICY

We get it—sometimes it’s just not the vibe.

📦 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • 14 days to request a return/exchange from delivery date.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, with original tags.

    • In original packaging (no stains, scents, or damage).

🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Final sale items (marked "No Returns").

  • Accessories (e.g., hats, socks) for hygiene reasons.

🔁 PROCESS

  1. Email SUPPORT@TUSK.COM.CO with:

    • Order #

    • Product photos (if issue).

  2. We’ll send a prepaid label (US only) or instructions.

  3. Refunds process in 3-5 business days after we receive items.

💸 REFUNDS

  • Original payment method only.

  • Shipping costs non-refundable (unless faulty item).

🤝 EXCHANGES

  • Free size swaps (subject to stock).

  • Faster? Reorder the new size & return the original.
